Managing a Capacity Navigation program based in Cayuga County, NY to support capacity building projects for area nonprofits to help them identify what they need and where to start.
Defining and funding capacity building projects that support organizations to meet their missions with greater ease, sustainability, and impact.
Developing trusting relationships with nonprofit partners, collaborators, consultants, and project funders.
