Uncovering trends and designing solutions for attracting, developing and retaining nonprofit talent in Cayuga County.
Developing trusting relationships with nonprofit partners, collaborators, consultants, and project funders.

My partner and I have 14 chickens, two indoor cats, one barn cat, and one extremely good border collie
