From Research to Action:

Introducing the NextWave Mission Accelerator Pilot Program

In partnership with our funders, Causewave is launching a bold new approach to capacity building—one that centers on what nonprofits need most to deepen their mission impact: strategic talent in core operational roles

We know that organizations hold the clearest insight into their own challenges and opportunities. With dedicated time and structured support through our Capacity Navigation phase, nonprofits reflect holistically on their needs and identify a new operational role that will help them thrive. At the end of this process, each organization receives funding to hire a new mid-level team member and make related capacity investments—setting them up to grow sustainably and deliver greater impact.

This pilot program is already making waves. Explore the incredible organizations we’ve partnered with and the transformational new roles they’re building. These aren’t just jobs—they’re mission-critical positions where your skills can expand opportunity, improve lives, and drive real change.

If you’ve ever felt the pull to do more for your community—to make your career matter in a deeper way—work that matters is waiting. Share these with someone ready to lead with purpose.
