  • Evaluating and evolving Causewave’s suite of programs to ensure they are aligned with the needs of the region’s nonprofit sector

  • Developing meaningful partnerships with nonprofits and community groups, businesses, and community leaders

  • Keeping the office fresh with the latest pop culture trivia and animal videos
